維修保養服務內容 After Sales Service
CITYPRO 維修保養條款:
- 凡在CITYPRO購買產品後,請保留購買單據或正本發票,便可享有產品維修及保養服務。由簽收貨物起首7天直接聯絡相關的銷售商,之後若產品12個月內出現非人為損壞的功能故障,經出示正式收據和由CITYPRO授權服務中心檢測確定後,消費者可以享受免費的維修保養服務。
- *<<不受免費保養條件的情形>>,無論是否在免費保養期內,均不在免費維修保養之列。客戶在以此情況需負擔檢查費用、零件費及運輸費用。有關<<不受免費保養條件的情形>>請詳閱以下本文內之說明。
- CITYPRO服務期限只適用於第一用戶購買日起生效,保養期不會因任何轉售等情況而延長及需要提供機身編號確認。
*不受免費保養條件的情形:
- 產品已經過了保養限期。
- 產品序號與發票不相符合。
- 產品序號不清楚、有被塗刪、更改或被撕毀。
- 所有產品保養只適用於香港特別行政區內所購買之產品。
- 正常產品損耗,例如:沖煮頭膠圈、水箱內之軟水器或產品偏色等。
- 因使用非原裝配件導致產品的故障或損壞。
- 在正常使用時,所造成產品外殼或不需拆解而可接觸部分上之刮傷、磨損。
- 未經由本公司授權之人員拆卸或維修,或自行拆裝、改裝產品、任意變更規格,或使用非本公司原廠配件所引起之故障與損壞。
- 因消費者未按使用手冊或說明書規定,使用不當而毀損,包括重壓、摔壞、受潮、浸水、淋雨、異物侵入、遺失零元件等所造成之損壞。
- 因意外因素或人為原因(包括搬運、磕碰、劃傷、擠壓、撞擊、輸入不合適的電壓、腐蝕、水、火、意外等)導致的故障或損壞。
- 因沒有定期使用適當除垢劑或清潔劑作加熱塊或沖煮頭清潔,而導致加熱塊、濾網或蒸汽棒倒塞。
- 因天災或不可抗拒之外力而造成產品損壞者。
- 在保障有效期內,使用者若違反維修服務條款或非品質問題,產品則不在本有限保修範圍內,CITYPRO授權服務中心將按故障情況報價或不進行維修。
CITYPRO維修保養服務內容
- 維修您的CITYPRO產品,由專人對零件進行全面的檢驗。
- 維修完畢後,將有專人通知,客戶可選擇到CITYPRO指定維修及服務中心取回或自行安排貨運公司代送 (另需收費)。(完成維修後之產品將維持原產品之有限或剩餘的保修期。 )
- 所更換之配件提供於完成維修後30天免費保修服務(只限於同一故障且非人為故障)。
- 商用咖啡機專業維修服務: 分為單次上門維修, 或以按年收費保養維修服務
注意事項:
- CITYPRO只提供維修保養,貨品付款後,CITYPRO將不設換貨、退貨/款或任何更改。
- 進行維修服務時應憑相關訂單資訊及香港地區正規發票作為依據。若無法提供,則CITYPRO服務中心可拒絕保修。
- CITYPRO服務中心承接授權經銷商銷售的保外維修,故障檢測確定及維修報價以CITYPRO 服務中心檢測結果為准。
- 在產品維修過程中,產品內容與軟體設定有機會恢復為出廠設定值,所有產品內的資料及設定有可能無法恢復。倘因前述原因所導致的損失,本公司均不予負責。
- 產品免費保修服務僅適用於該產品首位購買者,若客戶自行轉賣產品或購買其他轉賣產品,其所享有之有限保修服務無法轉售或轉讓。
- 如有任何爭議,CITYPRO保留最終決定及解釋權。

注:上述保養及維修(保修)服務條款及細則均以不抵觸或違反香港的法律法規的原則下實施。如果上述保修服務條款及細則任何規定或其中一部分不合法或者不能強制執行,或者被任何有管轄權的機構或者法院裁定為不合法或者不能強制執行,上述保修服務條款及細則將即時作廢,任何人士均不能據此向CITYPRO索償或追究任何法律責任。

CITYPRO After Sales Service
CITYPRO maintenance conditions:
1) After purchasing CITYPRO products, please keep the purchase receipt or invoice (original or copy) to gain maintenance warranty services. Within the first 7 days please contact the relevant reseller directly and following 12 months from the receipt of the goods by CITYPRO, if the product has a functional failure that is not caused by man-made damage, consumers can have free maintenance services after presenting an official receipt with testing and confirmation by a CITYPRO authorized service center.
2) The << Not subject to free warranty conditions >>, no matter whether it is within the free maintenance period or not, it is not included in the free maintenance. In this case, the customer shall bear the inspection fee, spare parts fee and shipping cost. Please read the instructions in << Not subject to free warranty conditions >> in this article.
3) The CITYPRO service period takes effect from the date of purchase by the primary user, and the warranty period will not be extended due to any resale.
*Not subject to free warranty conditions:
- The product has exceeded the warranty period.
- The serial number of the product does not match the invoice.
- The serial number of the product is unclear, changed or torn.
- All warranties are only applicable to products purchased in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
- Normal product wear and tear, for example: o-ring(group gasket) of the brewing head, water softener in the water tank or product color cast, etc.
- Failure or damage to the product due to the use of non-originals accessories.
- During normal use, the scratches and abrasions on the product shell or on the accessible parts without disassembly are caused.
- Faults and damages caused by disassembly or maintenance by personnel not authorized by us, or self-disassembly, modification of the product, arbitrary change of specifications, or use of non-original parts of the company.
- Damage caused by improper use by not following the instruction manual or instructions, including damage caused by heavy pressure, falling, damp, immersion in water or rain, intrusion of foreign objects, loss of components, etc.
- Failure or damage due to accidental factors or human reasons (including handling, extrusion, knocking, scratching, impact, input of improper voltage, corrosion, water, fire, accidents, etc.).
- The boiler, shower head or steam wand is blocked due to failure to regularly clean the machine with an appropriate descaler or cleaner.
- Product damage caused by natural disasters or irresistible external forces.
- During the validity period of the guarantee, if the user violates the maintenance service terms or has non-quality problems, the product is not covered by this warranty, and CITYPRO authorized service center will quote or not repair according to the fault condition.
CITYPRO maintenance service
- Have your CITYPRO product repaired with a full inspection of the parts.
- After the repair is completed, technician will contact customers, and the customer can choose to pick it up at the CITYPRO service center address or arrange courier to collect it on his/her own (charges apply). (The repaired product will maintain the limited warranty period of the original product.)
- Replaced parts provide 30-day free warranty service after repair (limited to the same failure and non-human failure).
- Onsite maintenance service for commercial coffee machines: divided into one-time on-site maintenance charge and/or annual fee charge warranty maintenance services.
Precautions:
- CITYPRO only provides maintenance for CITYPRO machines. After payment for the goods, CITYPRO will not provide returns, refund or any changes.
- Relevant order information and official invoices in Hong Kong should be used as the basis for repair and replacement services. Failure to do so may result in a rejection of the warranty by the CITYPRO Service Center.
- CITYPRO Service Center undertakes out-of-warranty repairs sold by authorized dealers, and the determination of fault detection and repair quotation are subject to the test results of CITYPRO Service Center.
- During the product maintenance process, the product’s software settings may be restored to the factory settings, and all data and settings in the product may not be restored. The company will not be responsible for any loss caused by the above reasons.
- The product free warranty service is only applicable to the primary buyer of the product. If the customer resells the product or buys other resold products, the warranty service he/she had cannot be resold or transferred.
- In case of any dispute, CITYPRO reserves the right of final decision and interpretation.

Note: The above warranty service terms and rules are implemented under the principle of not contradicting or violating the laws and regulations of Hong Kong. If any provision or part of the above warranty service terms and rules is illegal or unenforceable, or is ruled to be illegal or unenforceable by any institution or court with jurisdiction, the above warranty service terms and rules will be invalidated immediately, and any person No claim or legal liability can be pursued against CITYPRO based on this.
